Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for our customers.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

To request a return, please contact our friendly customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Doremo will cover the cost of return shipping for any defective or damaged items, as well as any items that were shipped in error. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that it may take up to 1 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Refunds:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Doremo immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return and refund.

If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement item, depending on your preference. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or damaged items.

If you decide to return an item for any other reason, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time.
